in the usa just about all pizza comes with cheese... you have to tell them if you want more or less

Assume that it comes on the pizza, as it usually does. But, I ask for extra cheese.

All pizza comes with cheese unless you ask them not to put it on there.

In most restaurants and fast food restaurants, It's suppose to automatically come with it, but if you are in a gourmet pizza restaurant, there are also pizzas that might just have olive oil and aritchokes and other veggies instead of cheese--just specialty pizzas. Mostly, your pizza automatically comes with cheese, but you might have bad luck once in a while---I don't like Dominos and one of the reasons is they use their cheese sparingly--but that just might be the Dominos in my area.
