People becoming more responsible for themselves, their families and their actions.

More emphasis on change and improvement and less on tradition and conservatism. Not to say I want to rid of tradition and conservatism, just turn down the volume on it a little. And turn up the knob on change and improvement. This is to all aspect of our society...culturally and economically.
