Obviously the belly is a major change. Other changes, some are subtle, like emotional changes, irritability, mood swings.
Your breasts swell, and get tender. some women have skin breakouts kinda like going through puberty all over again lol. Every woman is different.

Your breast will become tender, and enlarged, and depending on how far along you are you will start feeling pressure on your pelvis as the baby gets larger in weight. You'll have mood swings, and sometimes you will get stretch marks on your stomach, and breast. This depends on your genetics. Congradulations, and Good Luck.

Hands and feet swell up! Hot all the time..more sweaty..Your gums can become tender and bleed when you brush! The smell of certain foods make you sick! Constipation happens! You want me to go on!!

your blood supply increases, more frequent urination, abdominal muscles seperate, you retain more water, your blood pressure usually changes... hope it helps
