No. The V3m has music capabilities, such as ability to download and store music to the phone itself, as well as a slot for a memory chip to hold more. The V3c does not have these options.

Yes they are the same model phones.
The V3m - sprint/nextel/verizon
V3 - cingular (blue) (black)
V3i - cingular
V3r - cingular, red case
v3m - verizon (pink)
v3t - t-mobile (dark gray)
v3x - international (white)
v3 - t-mobile (magneta)
v3 - Cingular / T-Mobile (white)
v3c - Cricket / U.S. Cellular
So basically, the letter after V3, is for certain companies and certain colors. Below is a short newsclip to explain. Also the below URL will show the side by side comparisions, but no difference but color and company and the V3c has no memory card slot and does not have streaming video capability
