We set up user accounts on my brother's pc to help control his daughter's teenager friends when they are over. HOwever now the internet don't work at all. ANyhelp would be appreciated thank you.

Okay more details all we did was add passwords and individual accounts to sign into the computer we tried not to change any setting but now the computer has a guest account, a child account, a teen account, an an administrator account. I have this on my computer and it keeps the children on sites I approve of but still lets me go to the sites that may not always be suitable for them. He has a heward-packer about 2 years old.

You may want to give a better description to get a better answer, but what did you exactly do to the computer. Did you restrict any content on the internet? make sure all of the cables are plugged in.
If you can put these in your description, you can get a better answer.
If you have a wireless network, then reset all of the routers and modems and make sure they're all plugged in.
