Maybe because it is an off the beaten track destination and not a lot of people go there.

As for Nigeria, I wouldn't know.

It is a very small place. It is a group of islands. One island has the airport. The other islands are also very small. It is a tourist destination. The locals were just fishermen and today, are service providers to the tourist. The population is very small. Even in Maldives, you cannot find a 'local' maldivian, they are so scarce. U have to really search for them. They are shy and elusive, and definitely would not be posting questions on yahoo.

It's an Asia-Pacific travel destination. More than likely it gets more tourists than Indonesia does.

well i consider it on it's own but i'd go under "india" because when i go there i go via a flight in india.
