Jack Bower is more of an intel-gathering agent. Jason Bourne is trained to eliminate people. Not only that, Jason Bourne is trained to eliminate the outer security and bodyguards in order to eliminate the target. Jason Bourne would win.
And yes, I know they're fictional characters, in real life I think Keifer Sutherland would whoop Matt Damon.

Jason Bourne would Annihilate Jack Bauer's ***. Don't get me wrong Jack is great and all, but he's getting old and his body has been through hell in all seasons.
