i want my nails longer and i heard that both of these are good but which one is better?

Neither, there's a much more effective product and I cant think of the name off the top of my haed, but any nail salon (english speaking) can tell you, it's what they recommend after you've had fake nails and your nails are in dire straights condition.
Penatrates the nail bed and makes them grow like wild fire!
