I'd have to say...Soda...probably Coca Cola. There are many different types of American restaurants with different variations of things, but they all serve sodas.

Potatoes are one. But water has to be the most requested or used item. Salt would be second.

Burgers, what else,the can also be sodas. But i'll stick with the ole american burgers.

Burgers and fries, even in "non-fast-food" places.
Then maybe Sirloin steak and baked potatoes.
At least where I work that is true.

well maybe french fries BUT as a group any drinks in general...and drinks are the most profitable. alcohol the most profitable i am sure.
