(Mothers Day, 2006)

Brightly the light is for this sunshiny morn; it awakens my senses to each day so beauteously make. It is likened to forever upon every dawning as God makes all that is beauteous. But this new day is drawing my awake, as scented allures emanate from afar, as angels are singing melodiously.

Dewdrops upon each daisy dancing are as a beacon to grasp my sight, as I listen intently to songs sung by angelic choirs. Now I have come to the realization that Mom is singing with the angels; the harmonizing lute and harp play is fitting accompaniment, as she sings about never growing old

I am not a poet per say,
I am not much of a writer anyway,
There is nothing to say that has not already been said,
I am more of A question and answer person instead.
So if you ask me if I like writing poetry the answer is no,
I have answered your question thanks for the Two and now I have got to go.

yes and no. I usually write my best work when I'm a manic-depressive funk and haven't eaten in a while. It's not good for me.

But when I feel like being creative, I LOVE it.

I used to write them all the time, and I think some of them were actually pretty good, but raising kids and a household, doesn't give me much free time anymore. :(
