By far the Ep 7 with the first apperance of Kon as a Lion. The Japanese version was great. The US dub lost interesting part in the translations.
There are also other good moments but I don't want to spoil those who are watching the dub version.

Well I've only seem up to episode 18 or 19, but I would say the episode where "Kon" took over Ichigo's body for the very first time, that was a funny one.

Um... I think it would be episode 2(don't really remember which episode wat it) Where Rukia was introducing herself to Ichigo at the first day of school. And any episode which has Ichigo and his father kicking each other.
