Where can I get a good latin or tap dance class in Chicago?

For latin classes, go to http://www.ballroomdancers.com/Directory/Studios/Default.asp or to http://www.accessdance.com/dance_lessons/ and find a studio near you. Just go there and see if you like it. The one you like is a good class, the one you don't like is...umm.... you wouldn't return to anyway.
