Race and intelligence (East asians come in 1st, Whites a close 2nd, Black come in dead last)?

Question

I would like to start out by saying "I am not a racist" I dont hate anybody by the way they look. However as I have grown to my surrondings I have begun to think that people of certain racial origin just seem to be smarter than others. I Would say the smartest races are either East Asians or White/Caucasians. They just seem so cut above middle easterners (Arabs,persians) and especially blacks. Blacks would have to be at the bottom of the intelligence pyramid. I mean look at Europe or Japan and then look at Africa. Africa is just so primative.They are still living in mud huts spreading aids all over. Its head scratching to think how they just keep doing it. I know Blacks in the U.S have been subjected to harsh racism. (im not gonna lie) However they are still going nowhere as a people. Many end up with dead end jobs or land in Jail. So why do Asians do so well in White schools but blacks dont. Because blacks are the dumbest race on planet earth. dont believe me click this below.

Now you knew this question would bring out the black apologists and finger pointers, didn't you? You must understand; When somebody is trying to convey something positive, then you can say "first black man to..." or "she is the first black woman elected to...". But, if the news isn't positive, then you may not mention the word "black" within the sentence. This is known as the "Racial Double Standard". What a politically incorrect faux pas you have just made! Shame.

I believe there are very intelligent people everywhere. It all depends on how you are raised and what opportunities you have. There are also different types of intelligences out there. If a person from Africa had a child over here and they were raised American they would have the same intelligence level or higher than anyone else in this country. That is intelligence in accordance to the standard IQ test. There are idiots everywhere too. And I disagree, there are brilliant African politicians, Indian scientists and doctors, Black musicians..ect.

I happen to agree with these geneticists after reading the Wikipedia entry.

Above and beyond that, you have not been privy to an equal sample of different races and different social classes around the globe. This can only be accomplished by a large scale organization with demographics from everywhere on Earth. Next to impossible. Therefore, this is only your OPINION, not fact.

And as a sidenote, consider this...how many times have you tried to find a specialist in the medical field with both a name you can pronounce AND understand them past their accent (specifically Indian)? We (I speak as a white woman...I have no knowledge of how other ethnicities react) get irritated because they "don't belong here...it's not their country" and yet they have the knowledge and skill we need and will never have. And you think whites are superior to everyone? Nuff said.

I have known chinese clasmates who have struggeled with analytical subjects requiring a medium level IQ. They are very good at memorizing stuff, not thinking.

I have also known a nigerian classmate who was quite intelligent and din't have do work very hard to keep good grades. (He spent the rest of his time partying, lucky man!).

Its true some sterotypes are based on facts. I have known black people in general to be jolly and happy. I have known east asians to be very conscious of losing face.

But I do not buy the B******* that some races are better than other or more intelligent.

The reasons Asians do so well is because keeping face is the most important thing in our communities. I am east indian and I know nothing matter more than doing well at school or getting high profile jobs.

I wish we asians cared more about our happiness than keeping face!

you are comparing apples to oranges. You don't
compare an African in a third world country living
in a grass hut, to an advanced country such as
Japan or Canada. Nigerians are black Africans and
they must leave their country to attend college. Most of
them in England. They are usually at the top of their
class, even though they are minorities. Even in the US
Nigerians rank among the best. These students often
come from upper class families. So you see there is
a correlation between poverty and ignorance. How
many scholarly white people are in the Appalachians
or in the poor rural communities. Arabs who have
come to America have returned to their countries and
have done well inspite of some of the cultural issues.
Regarding blacks and native americans in the U.S.A.
I think you know the history. The future offspring of
minorities who have obtained advanced degrees in the
US have held equal footing academically, despite the
discrimantory issues that still plague our country.
Whites have and probably for a long time will always
benefit from quota systems, I myself have opportunities
that are not available to minorities because of my
family inheritance and inner circle of friends. Most
whites envy the efforts or accomplishment of blacks
and other minorities especially when they do as well
or exceed them. I don't have a problem with that since
I know that most of us humans are of similar intelligence and
only a few of us are true genius.

I believe that every human being on earth has the potential to develop the "intelligence" you speak of but because of their culture, religion, location and available education, they are not able to express to the fullest, their intellectual potential. Also many cultures insist, no, they demand their kids get an education so that they are ahead of the world"s race of such complex human beings...this is a survival technique...

I can say.. that every human being can achieve goals..but depends of what oportunities were provided to them.. it is true that blacks in their majority do not take advantages of education,, but the males. the women are doing great and I' ve met the number 1 guy in Goldman Sachs.. multimillionarie he is black. and very smart. I went to college and I have some black classmates who were extremely brilliant, but how come you expect minorites to do as good as you if most of the oportunities are taken by your people. of course africa is primitive.white people went there and not only suppresed their languages .. they stole their knowledge in geometry and poetry.. Greeks did it. they did the same to my ancestors.. but somehow latinamerica is way more developed than Africa.,. perhaps we are more hardworking people in general. i belive you are a bit racist. but I give you a point. indians were conquered because they were stupid they believed in the good intentions of the spanish ..let them land invited them to eat share their gold and let them slave them.. your ancestors were the best. they killed, raped, stole and conquered all other civilizations and races in the world..that is why.. asians are dedicated people.. they study while our teens think only about sex..it is a cultural issue and lack of oportunities.. and some stupid ideas that the rest of the world have to pay them back.. when they realize they have to stand up and show to people like you//that you are not right..then maybe we can get a conclusion

you've got to be kidding...first of all...you do realize that egypt is in africa right? and that they were the first to do many INTELLECTUAL things. the white people that i know that are "smart" are only known as that because they cheat their way up. asians are "smart" because they have a higher standard of learning in asia and those value are carried over then they migrate here. yeah, thats a fact. look it up. i am a very intelligent person, i believe, and i am a proud african american woman. and yes, you are racist.

Oh my god. Racist. Have you not heard of social theory? Hunting and gathering societies are much more sane than capitalism and overpopulation. Africa has been RUINED by imperialism and post-colonialism as well. People are born into social classes and it is very hard to get out of those classes....that American Dream stuff is exactly that...a dream. So uh, read some books. Join the KKK. You cannot rate intelligence by groups. If you think East Asians are smarter, it is because they are driven by their culture to be so successful that they have teenagers jumping out of windows at college, feeling the pressure. Try growing up in a ghetto or having to walk 100 miles to school everyday...until they tear the school down. Oh, and African school children know more about the American economy than American schoolchildren do.
