Someone who is there for me through thick and thin, who I don't feel obligated to visit or talk to and vice-versa but do so out of wish, who loves me not in spite of my faults but rather for my faults, and who I can go for months without contacting yet still remain closer than ever.
Yes I have a bestfriend. We have been bestfriends since the first day of kindergarten and in 3 months time I will be attending her wedding as the maid-of-honour after 19 years of friendship. Love her to death!

I have one... we've been friends 18 years... she will take my secrets to her grave... we can have a fight at 10:00 and talk about something completely different at 11:00... like we never had the fight....
