They are very good, and have a successful grad rate of over 90% first time at DMV.
They will work with you, and if you DO blow it at DMV the first time, they are happy to work with you as a "retread" a second time around.
They generally start the first of every month, and it is a four week course. I am not sure but I think they charge about $3800.00, and they offer third-party financing.
Give them a call @ (707) 643-1700 for more particulars, and what they require of you to put you into the cab for training.
When you successfully complete the course, you will have your CDL, and will have some experience, but you will not yet be a truck driver. You will have a license and enough skill to place the tractor and trailer where you want it, but you will need to spend some time behind the wheel to be called a truck driver.

Give them a shot!!

Happy Motoring

It depend on the length of the course you want and how good the school is. If I were you I wouldn't necessarily take the cheapest one. I live in Canada and here they cost between $400 - $500 for a week or so course to 7000 for a 13 week course. If you have no experience I would really suggest the 13 week course. Plus if you take your course at a low quality school it would be hard for you to pass the test or to get a decent job.
I Used to work in L.A. area driving semi for the railroad. GOOD LUCK!!! the drivers out here are nuts.
