Pharmacy prerequesites vary depending on the particular pharmacy school. However, the bulk of them are the same.
These prerequisites also look a lot like the prereqs for other medical careers, such as medical school, dental school, optometry, nursing, etc. I've known people who went through college as "pre-med" (normally, no such formal thing at most universities altho it does exist) and applied to med schools, dental schools, and pharmacy schools.

Their what? While I am sure that you would have to change majors, I'd advise staying in the foundational classes for awhile longer. There is a problem with your word usage. Such errors, in any medical field could get you into serious trouble for using a word that may sound right, but means something totally different. I truly hope that you have never asked any one to give you time to catch up on anything by asking them to "bare" with you, when you should use the word "bear". Go back and spend some extra time in English, it might save you a law suit or two.

At my school, the closest bachelors degree is Biochemistry followed by Biology. Your prereqs are extremely similar to MD. If you don't make it, you can try again.
