That means knowledge of when to listen, when to speak, when to be polite and how to be polite towards different people,how to communicate good with different types of people, and being able to read peoples body language... this list could go on - yet you get the idea of what "People skills" means.....
And sadly few people really have good People skills - it is not something that we humans are born with, and seldom are taught

I finally found out that listening benefits you more than any one thing but it takes a life time to master.You have to weed out what you can use and throw what isn't valuable to any ones benefit away !

Developing an interesting personalikty that is really interested in other people and they know it. An interesting conversationalist is also a good thing to master and it can be done!

Listening. This is a disappearing art, it seems. Most of us (and I admit I do it, too) want to be heard, often to the exclusion of the other person's similar need. Much can be learned by simply ... listening.
