Xantomatin and Drosophine are two Pigment which is necessary for wild type(Red Brick) eye color in white mutants somhow the biosynthesis of this pigment is impaired so the eye seems white but it does not affect the vision of these mutants..

No. White eyes is a resessive trait, and a classic Univeristy experiment (crossing red eyed with white eyed). The white eyed Drosophila I bred behaved, walked, flew and landed just like it's red eyed siblings. No sign of sight imparement.
