Although a cup of water works fine; a wet cloth of water heated in microwave for a few minutes will disperse the steam easier. Plus the cloth is now hot and ready to wipe/rinse, then repeat. Careful that the cloth doesn't burn use gloves to handle.

Fill a super bowl with warm water and a a million/4 cup of lemon juice and positioned on severe for 5 minutes. Take the bowl out intently with oven mitts. Then basically wipe the interior the microwave with a heat damp fabric. The steam seems after loosening the crud and the lemons go away a clean fragrance. you have gotten to bypass by way of a pair of cloths getting all of it off, shop a paper towel dispenser ideal next to the microwave so as that it is straight forward to drag one off and canopy the nutrients earlier heating.. sturdy good fortune!

I use thick paper towels with dishwashing liquid. I get the paper towels soaked to the point where they're a little drippy but not so much that they'll soak the inside of the oven.
I go over the oven as often as necessary, and then I use wet (but no soap) towels to get the suds rinses off.
I then wipe the whole thing dry with a dry towel.

I start out with a scrubbing sponge and a degreaser - then I use baking soda to scour off the rest of the debris. It doesn't scratch the inside of your microwave and it is non toxic.

put a glass of hot water in the micro and heat for 3 minutes, you should be able to wipe most of the stuff off after. Also won't leave any bad stuff behind that might cook into your food.

Hot water and dish soap always works best for me. If its really bad I use the purple power degreaser. But I always make sure to rinse it with hot water, otherwise your food smells like cleaner.

cup of water and run microwave for a couple of minutes that will help "steam" it and make it easier to wipe off.
