Never because I am into the fine art of powdering. I shower 2 or 3 times a day to keep really clean. Then I dust myself from my selection of powders and talcs. I have Maja, lavender and vanilla, Kama Sutra Love Dust, organic baby powder, and others that I make for myself.

Ain't heard of swamp crotch, but have had crotch rot. The military version, that is. First time was from sand and water. Sand and water in the nutsack area, combined with lots of marching, is not a good thing. Right about then I started to go commando. (No drawers.)
After I went "commando" I got a slight case of nut rot in a nice little place called Honduras. Wander through streams and jungle with the rain pouring down and it's hard to keep some parts dry. Some parts, when they ain't dry and rub together, ain't happy.
And now as a civilian, I get a minor case of sack scab all the time because I ride a bike. Between the heat and vibration, and no drawers my sack rubs on the denim. I have to use hand lotion on my clapper to keep it in check.
And I'm wondering why you are asking about this!? But is was an interesting question, and not something you see every day. Hope I helped you out.

I had a case of it in college once, got it at a party...all the frat boys had it too....don't remember too much after that, was sick for DAYS. Never again!
