No, Pacino is a fine actor and do just about any voice he likes with a little coaching.

yes actually there are moments where he is over dubbed by AL Pachino himself.
The scene where it happens almost every one in the room's voice has been dubbed over. it is the scene in the immigration office.

no .. no one has that voice but him... because in his other movies he sounds different but once in awhile we hear a little Scarface out of him
