Makeup artist, on duty. How may I help you? Point here being. You. Want help. And in my area of specialty... eyes. I LOVE experimenting with eye makeup. Shadow, liner, everything. So first off, if you have brown hair, hazel eyes, and (naturally) pale skin (exactly like me) then you don't need to go with a blue or green eyeshadow. However much you would love that. Because I will, also, admit that it looks AMAZING. But anyways... I would try a brown eyeliner. And a very dark brown mascara. And a bronze look. Bronze creative eyeshadow. Goldy pinks, bronzes, golds. Try it. Red lips, however, will look bad (unless done by a professional) with eyes. Focus on one thing. Any more than that looks, well... horrible. Nasty. Overpowering. Nice talking *err, typing* to you. = ]] Happy Valentine's Day! <33

Revlon makes a wonderful liner pencil in brown, black, navy, charcoal with the smudge-sponge on the other end; it's great and cost less than $8.
But the BEST mascara I've ever found, and I wear mascara ALL the time, because it brings out the best in your eyes, is Christian Dior. Granted, it cost either $23 or $24, but it's worth every penny. I've used every mascara in every drugstore, WalMart, etc., but found the Christian Dior at Sephora, had some extra money and splurged. Now, I order it on-line at Sephora.com. I always have a tube handy because I refuse to run out.
Also, try Bare Escentuals. It's an Infomercial for foundation. I bought it and it's light as a feather. It's not even like makeup; it's some type of minerals; whatever it is, it's wonderful to me. Look for it on-line; it's not in stores. Try it!

Silver eyeshadow is the best to bring out brown/hazel eyes in people with a lighter complexion. If your skin is a tanned then a reddish brown should work too, but ease up on it. Stay away from green, I can tell from your description that you don't need any of that. I'm sure budget drug store makeup should work too, just know what you need and pick your choice, the best makeup would be ones that aren't too dry or heavy.

Okay you need to go for the mabeline products! they have beautiful shades of pink!
you should apply in this order going all they way to you crese a light pink followed by a pinkish peach, followed by a nude or skin toned color! (you can make the nude color go just a little farther than you crese!) also for an extra touch take a gold glitter eyeliner (liquid or pencil) and line top lashes
Try black/dark brown lashes those would look best on you from what i read in your desription.
now with your eye make upe like that you need a soft nude or a pinkish peachy color gloss for your lips! (WHEN GOING GLAM THINK MORE GLOSS) more gloss the better!!!
hope this helps!!!

omg i am going to beauty school and i would love to be there to help you....but scince i cant i will give you my best advice : ok so if you wanna wear pink eye shadow then apply a light pink on the outside corner and then blend it with a little bit darker shade then if you have a light cream color apply that on the inside corner and pull up towrd your eye brow (but not all the way that will look funny) as for eyeliner and mascra...put eyeliner on the very tip of you bottom lid DONT PUT IT ON TOP!!! then get XXX mascara it is like 2 bucks at a drugstore (maybe more not sure) but it has a white side and a black side it will make your lashes look ful and amazing but whatever you do dont get fake ones!!! use a light blush with pink and brown mixed but not to much....as for your lips we want them to look natural cuz then it will look like to much...so get a cream color and gloss it

make-up is make-up despite what some people might say it all works the same. Fake eyelashse, definately the dark black. as for eyeliner, go with a color that contrasts with your eyecolor to make it stand out for hazel it would be a pale purple, but if you're wearing pink eyeshadow, then i would just wear black eyeliner and mascara to make your eyes POP

I would say thin black eyeliner and black mascara. it's not about the product its about the technique. A good makeup artist can use the cheapest products and still get the same look so don't worry about having to spend a fortune :)

With your haircolor and eyecolor, I don't think that pink is really the best option. Green and Purple would really accentuate the color of your eyes and hair and you cans till get some really glamorous looks from them. You should check out There are so many option out there but I find that nothing is better than oil-based cleansers to get the last bit of makeup off.
You should check out http://www.makeup-diversity.org where a bunch of girls into makeup hang out and post their latest makeup looks.

Hey gurlie, you can definetly use pink eyeshadow. The mascara has to be black and the eyeliner should be black too. You should also have long sexy waves for your hair and the peek-a-boo style is in. =)
