If a guy manually ejaculates and just cleanes himself with napkins (seems to be dry) and about 3 to 5 minutes later he enters a girl's vagina with the same hand he cleaned himselfis there any posibilities of her getting pregnant? is that enough time for the sperm to die?

That guy should have washed his hands before doing anything to the girl, it is possible to get pregnant that way. I wouldnt worry about it till a missed period happens, than your in trouble.

I don't think so. I think once the semen hit air especially if it was for 4 minutes, the sperm dies. But that's kind of weird. What would one be doing with 4 minute old semen anyway?

It's very unlikely that you're pregnant although you were possibly at your most fertile stage of your cycle, I doubt there was much sperm on his hands as he probably at least wiped them when he changed his shirt. Try not to worry until your period is due. Maybe in future ask him to wash his hands before he touches you if you are worried and remember to always be safe. I'm sure you're just fine :)
