From what I know if your are legally married to your husband you should have no problems especially if you have been for a period of time now. He should be able to get a visa for the Philippines based on your citizenship being Filipina. You should contact the philippine immigration asap and find out what you need to do. I had to extend my visa three times since I have been here with no problems and I am just in a defacto relationship but I am an Australian citizen. You do have to pay though. You should do this BEFORE you overstay your visa. I suggest you call the philippine immigration and find out exactly what you need and not take the chance of making a desicison based on someones answer on yahoo.

Have a look at the webpage for the numbers and info you need...

good luck =)

If you are a Filipino with a valid Philippine passport your husband should have been issued with a 'Balikbayan Visa' which I think is good for 12 months. I don't know if immigration automatically issues this Visa or if you have to ask for it on entry.
All the others who advised you to go to the US Embassy are wrong this has nothing to do with them.
You will need to get in touch with Philippine Immigration to get the extension.
I over stayed once and didn't consider the fine small. Hope this was of some help.

Please see my answer in your previous question. The US Embassy cannot extend your husband's visa in the Philippines, you need to contact Philippine Immigration. Go to www.immigration.gov.ph, good luck! I checked the website and it does have links to provincal immigration offices throughout the Philippines.

The U.S Embassy is the only place you can get an extension while you are overseas. If they cannot help you, you will have to return to the States before your passport expires and renew. look for passport renewal on the Internet. there are a few sites who can give you a replacement in as little as 24 hours if you want to pay the extra costs.
