Is there a song out there that I can dedicate to my son who was born premature?

I want to dedicate him a song. He was born premature and went through a lot at birth. he is now older and doing great but wish I could dedicate a son to him. Is there any songs for sons. Please help thankssssss

tears in heaven by eric clapton. he wrote it when his son died ,i think his son felled out a window.but that is a sweet song.hope you like it
