Doesn't mean anything--or it can say volumes. Why not stop the immature staring and start talking like a man. staring makes people uncomfortable----you need to get a grip if that's your way of just standing around with nothing to do.

why would you even stare at her in the first place? Staring ANNOYS most people, regardless of what they are... Even if she's your girlfriend, staring is not right, not when she's looking.
If you're trying to get her as your girlfriend, and she caught you staring.. then she frowned, it's time for you to search a new prospect.

She doesn't like anyone staring at her. If you are interested in her, why not walk over to her and talk? I would not be comfortable with someone staring at me, either. Have a good night.
