You don't need medical aide for this. It is a problem you can handle yourself. You need to be more self assured. You need more confidence in yourself. That's all. You don't feel like what you have to say is important enough for anyone to listen to. When in fact your opinion is what is being asked for. What you say and how you answer is just as good as the next person's. Say what you feel and mean what you say! Don't worry if they don't side with you. It is your choice, opinion, feeling or idea. You are giving a little bit of how you feel when you answer questions. So, be confident and tell them what you think. If they don't like it, just remember they don't have to agree with you and you don't have to agree with them. Individuality is who we are and what makes this an interesting world to live in. Did you ever wonder what it would be like if no one had choices and all of us thought the same, liked the same things etc.?So be more aggressive and speak out! Good Luck!

In short, it is probable that you get nervous out of a fear of the ridicule associated with givin an incorrect answer.
The result is that unless someone asks a question that you really know the answer to, you get nervous (and potentially feel like you talk funny stutter etc)
If the above is true, then you just need to relax, and realise that often no one they dont care what the answer is, they just wanted to ask the question.
You can start to make light hearted answers or admit you dont know the answer (nothing wrong with not knowing, because you dont know that you dont know until someone asks you)
Dont get hung up on it, there are alot of us out there like you
I dont know about medical aides though.

Finally you will buildup confidence and over come with this problem and one more thing that you do not need any medication you can go for meditation and yoga

Take deep breaths inhale/ exhale that helps. Sounds like it could also be anxiety, if this problem is really bad maybe you should see a doctor, there are meds out there for this.

remember a story of primary school.....
a class teacher thundered - " who broke Shiva's arch?"
Ram - nervously "Sir, I didn't & I don't know..who?."
Shyam, who is always naughty -sharp " I am sure, Sir; Ram has done it".
both of them were out of context, but Shyam was winner;
confidence man, confidence..........
