A recently passed anticrime law requires criminals to give their victims 24 hours notice, either orally or in writing, and to explain the nature of the crime to be committed.

That makes about as much sense as the new policy at my job for absences. We have to let out boss know, in advance, if we are going to be out sick. If not, and we call in right before work, it counts as a Last Minute Absence. And we only get four a year! Like I can predict in advance when I'm going to get a cold, or be sick! Maybe the same people wrote both of them!!!!

Well then why not write the police a letter to so they can be there waiting without making the victims call when they recieve their criminal intent letter

I don't think that law passed...I checked with a family member who is a lawyer in Texas and he has never heard of this.

Hahaha 'Excuse me, but I'd better stick to the law and let you know at precisely 7.46pm I aim to snatch your handbag, beat you to a pulp and run off... is that okay with you?'
Thats funny as, I'd like the warning actually so I can go get a rotty to attack first.

I think you will agree that this type of law is formed by liberals. It amazes me that this sort of mess is so obviously wrong, yet is a legal and binding law.

Good Q
Good luck
