There’s some truth to this … but ah, Donald (Ewww), Rosie (Ewwww) kissing in a tree (Triple Ewwww). Then they’re the type of “Fame”. Celebrity like singing, acting, modeling … well, they’re refined through the pickiest of the industry --- studied --- reviewed --- and accepted. Some athletes achieve “Beauty” with supplementing their careers with advertising (they’re going through the beauty machine in these cases).
The ppl who achieve “Noble Peace Prices” don’t get the “Beauty” approval … Archbishop Desmond Tutu defiantly isn’t a beauty, nor is the Dally Lama … but we love them none the less. Most politicians get uglier with the political ladder climbing … Worst is bad publicity like John Mark Karr (Ugly outside & inside).
So, I agree with you when the person goes through the beauty machine --- but when anyone goes through that beauty machine … well, they look much better --- Hair, Make-up, and Lighting PLEASE (leave Simon at home too - Giggle).

Once they're famous, all of a sudden they have hair stylists, and makeup people, and fitness people, and clothing people that are around them all the time making sure they look good. Anyone with lots of money can look good. It's the JOB of famous people to be beautiful, so they and their representatives spend a LOT of money making them beautiful.

MONEY. When people see a rich person, in the back of their mind is how much money they can get, if they hit that. not everyone, only a lot. Also its because the magazines and E! news say so. In today's world it is really easy to brainwash people into thinking anything. Watch in two years men will be wearing leggings because Giorgio Armani said so.

Thats a funny question. My husband and I talk about that all the time. 'Oh so and so is famous now, hes got 'the hair'. The only thing I can think is with fame comes money comes more oppurtunites. Stars have an apperance to uphold. Even their grunge is glam.

Once you become famous, you usually become rich. You can then afford the best make-up, clothes, jewelry, personal trainers, chefs, and cosmetic procedures. As a result, you APPEAR more beautiful.

Once they are famous, they have to maintain a certain look and poise. Would any one want to see someone ugly, untidy on screen? I bet no. With their fame, then they are richer and can afford better grooming and better clothes.

Once they become famous, they can afford to hire a bunch of people to fix their hair, put on makeup, choose their clothes, etc.

It is all smoke & mirrors.
Really, they wear tons of make up and they seem to fatten up then lose weight for a movie or an event. Also their photos can be doctored up to look better than they really are.
