It sounds to me like you need to have someone there with you tonight, if you haven't already. A and E is there for emergencies and if this is an emergency, you'd do well to go there. I wouldn't recommend taking chances but whatever you do, get someone to be with you just in case. Remember, even if you call an ambulance it can still take up to half an hour to get to you and a lot can happen, or go wrong, in 30 minutes. To answer the main question, yes, it does sometimes happen that long term use of certain POMs (Prescription Only Medicines) can have just such withdrawal effects. There are even some drugs that can be addictive, 'sleeping' tablets are one example. Some powerful drugs are used for cardiac control, which if withdrawn too quickly can leave the body over compensating for their absence and can cause some of the symptoms you describe. Nonetheless, there is no substitute for good medical care and advice if you are unwell or experiencing abnormal symptoms.

At this particular moment, with all the cloning and hateration that goes on, I could do it cold turkey. Now, 360 is a whole different subject.

i bet. all the fun i have while I'm at work will be gone. and I'd soon get a serious attack of anxiety not knowing what to do.
