I've heard that dark brown eyeliner and brown mascara will definitely enhance your type of skintone, eye and hair color! If you're into department store make-up, I think Chanel's Kohl eyeliner in Ambre would look great on someone with your type of complexion, it's a deep bronzed type of brown but it isn't frosty or anything like that.

I think black eyeliner is too much for daytime for a lady with blond hair and blue eyes. Brown is much nicer and more natural. Even a deep navy liner would look nice.
However, for a formal, drop-dead, gorgeous affair, I'd do the black-eyeliner with a red blush and red pouty mouth; can't beat Marilyn Monroe!

If I were you I wouldn't wear a black liner, unless harsh is the look you are going for. Otherwise, I would suggest a navy blue or a brown. You could maybe even get away with a gray color....
You may also try going to a makeup counter and asking the cosmetician.

as far as foundations bypass, cremes are the most acceptable decision. From what you're describing, our pores and skin is plenty alike. I merely offered the Maybelline mousse starting up position and it really works phenomenally for blemishes right here and there, also for darkish circles less than your eyes. I also become given an Avon creme starting up position as a present, yet at the same time as i had to reserve yet another one, the label become too scratched out so i could not get the right coloration! ...Too lazy to wager :) If basic eye shadows seem to darkish, you would possibly want to easily attempt utilizing a small eyeliner brush (or eyeshadow brush, merely imagine small!) And do exactly a basic outline round your eyes. on your pores and skin tone and eye colour i recommend great basic pastel shades, matte shades are the most acceptable in my opinion. shades like basic purple, a medium brown (quite on the outer aspects of your eye), violets or basic grays. in case you needed some extra sheer shades i might want to in user-friendly words say purple or forms of tan/beige shades. easily, once you've an Ulta the position you stay, they have a exceptionally first rate line of eye shadows, alongside with NYX, I actually have some diverse shades of their jumbo eye pencils and they artwork tremendous. wish this facilitates!

I have the same features and i use black eyeliner
i don't (personally) think it is too harsh bit that's just me
(my mom says i wear too much make-up)
well if you don't like how it looks on you you can always try brown or a bronze/brownish color

Try a charcoal color eyeliner it will open your eyes up where as black has a tendency to make your eyes look smaller.

Absolutely not. For a night out--I think one of the fiercest looks is a blond sporting the cat/bedroom eye thing. Plus, with a great pair of black, leggy slacks and heels, or a cool black top it really pulls it all together.

Well it depends on the look you're going for.
If you want a natural look, brown is the color for you.
If you want more of an edgy porn star look you go with black.
Or you could do brown in the daytime, work, school zone...
and black when you go out at night (clubbing etc)
Black is a harsher look on blondes.
