Warioware Smooth Moves. The game was recently released. You may need to wait a few weeks to get it though.

Twilight is not exclusive to the Wii, but it is way better on the Wii than on the GC. Also, Trauma Center is one hell of a great game.
Both of these games will have you and her entertained for the next 100 hours or so. Enjoy

The best game for the Wii exclusively or not is The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, but again it does depend on what kind of gaming you are into.

Depends what she likes. I love the sports that came with it and there will be another one soon. My hubby is all about Zelda and we are both playing Smooth moves. I can't wait for Mario Party!
