Jason and the Argonauts?
Honestly, he had no special powers. He had been blessed by Hera, and she watched out for him. Hera persuaded Aproditie to have her son Eros (cupid) to make Medea fall in love with him.
Jason's only true value is that he was able to get a good group of followers for his adventure. Orpheus and Hercules....
Jason's biggest weakness was his value of women. Jason uses Medea to get the golden fleece, and secure his kingdom by having her trick the daughters of Pelias kill thier father the King. Jason later in life tries to marry another woman to gain social status, while still being married to Medea. Medea ends up killing her and Jason's two sons and the bride to be. So, once again, Jason's weakness is using women and underestimating how far they will go to get revenge. "Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned."
