Any GENUINE smile is 'best.'

How often have you encountered someone with a phony smile? Easy to spot, isn't it? On the other hand, encountering someone with a genuine, welcoming, heart-felt smile is an extraordinary experience. It does not matter if they are young or old, lovely or not-so-lovely, male or female, human or animal, a genuine smile will almost always generate a smile in return.

At last, something 'contagious' that is GOOD for us!

For me the world's best smile is the first smile of my first born child.

My daughter's smile when she wakes up. My son's is equally beautiful, but it's most certainly not when he wakes up!! lol.

I also love my mother's smile. It makes me cry just typing the words. My dad's smile is very precious because it's pretty rare. My husband has a little devilish smile when he's being ornery. OOH, I can't pick. They all pull on my heart strings in different ways.
Thanks for asking such a visual and heartfelt question. I feel like I've just had a visit from all my loved ones and they all looked happy!!!! ;o)

I think when a (strange) 2-4 year old child smiles at you for no real reason... it's wonderful.

Little children when they are greeting you, especially my little cousins. The smile is pure, unrestrained, full of love, and without flaw (minus a few teeth).
