I don't know if I can give you a TRUE yes or no, but in my instance I knew EXACTLY when I got pregnant and it was also exactly 3 days after that when my boobs were feeling sore and not too long after that when i got hit with real mean nausea. So I guess I would say yes from MY experience, but I don't know, everyone's different. As for the stretching feeling in your tummy, i couldn't say. I didn't get that feeling until I actually could notice myself getting bigger, which wasn't a couple months later.

I don't know about the stretching feeling, but I know I had nausea and nipple tenderness less than a week after I got pregnant. I just KNEW I was, and when the symptoms showed up, I knew exactly what they were. So it's possible, if you're very in tune with your body, but most women don't notice anything but a missed period until they're about a month along.

You might be pregnant if you didn't take your pill correctly, doubling up on the pills makes no difference. I would think that your hormonal cycle has been interupted and that may be why your period has become irregular. However i would do a test anyway. that is the only certain way you would know.

You may feel that glimmer, but symptoms start after about 3 or 4 weeks and you don't feel your belly strain for months.

2-3 days after conception? or 2-3 days after you found out you were pregnant? After I found out I was, my tummy felt really wierd, I can't really describe it, I don't know if it was mental or if it was jsut me making my baby. My breasts were really sore after I found out too. Other than that, I really didn't have any other syptoms.
