I haven't ridden in a taxi in about 20 years...and that driver spoke Southern English!!!

English was not their first language...I think every taxi I've been in had a foreign driver who spoke little English.

No they own all the cabs, gas stations, some dry cleaners..and long john silvers..and when givin the word will attack..just kidding I am not prejudice I love my fellow man..

yes lol. They all speak English it just depends on what their accent is as to if you can understand what they just said to you lol.
