Yes and no.

In current, mainstream Post Crisis, Post Zero-Hour, Post Infinite Crisis Current Continuity, no.

Throughout history, Pre-Crisis there were many Imaginary Tales of Superman and others having children. Post-Crisis, most of these stories are of the Elseworlds nature.

Superman has had a child during the Armageddon 2001 Series of Annuals, but Lois died giving birth, I am not sure if the child survived. In the Elseworlds tale, Kingdom Come Superman has a son with Wonder Woman in a possible future.

Will he have a son in comics? Perhaps, since the movie that was following the plot of Superman 2 did introduce the concept. Will the son be Super? Hard to say.

Yes and no. The comic book continuity is not the same as the movie continuity, even if there was a one-shot comic out that followed the movie script.

Superman (and Batman, too!) have had several children over the years. These were all “Imaginary Stories” (but, aren’t they ALL ‘imaginary’…?) set in the potential future. There have been so many versions of them, it’s hard to keep track of them all.

But here are some you can check out for free on line. Go to Superman Through the Ages, and look for the Super Sons stories.

Back in the early 80's (like 81 or 82), there was a There were a series of stories published as secondary 8 page filler stories at the back of several titles and in the Superman comic they did some featuring a character that was his Gradnson (although they did not say who either his grandmother, or his mother were) called Superman 2020. He was also called superman and was called (oddly enough) Clark Kent III. Of course with all of the changed that have been made to the DC universe since then that dharacter no longer exists, but...at one time he did have both a son and a grandson.

So far, no. There have been old Superman stories, called imaginary stories, which shows what would happen if Clark and Lois married and had a son (sometimes a daughter). There have been comic stories in alternate realities where Clark and Lois are married and have children. Another type of story is when either Clark or Lois imagines what life would be like if they were married to the other and had children (most popular being Lois imagining what life would be like married to Superman). However, in the Superman comics taking place today, Clark and Lois don't have children yet. Rumors have speculated that, because of Clark's heritage, he and Lois can't have children naturally. Another rumor that has surfaced is that they are now contemplating children.

In current continuity, no.

However, at the end of the elseworlds series* `Kingdom Come` it is revealed that Superman and Wonderwoman are expecting a child (Lois Lane had been killed by joker many years before). This child is born in the follow up series `The Kingdom`

It is also implied that Superman will have a child (or children) in the latest issue of All-Star Superman, another elseworlds series*. In this comic we meet future generations of the Superman Family as they track an extradimensional being across time.

Those are the only instances I can recall in recent time where he has children.

*Elsworlds are universes outside of the DC universe. Since the DC is only supposed to be one universe (as opposed to a multiverse) these stories are not included in general continuity.

The director wanted the new movie to be in the same continuity of the first 2 Superman movies. In part 2 ,Supes turned human for a short time and banged Lois so to add a twist he knocked her up!!That's the only way she could've survived his super load.

Well... In some of the more recent comics (Specifically Action Comics #844, I believe) he's got a kid. Not biological though; evidentally it's just another survivor from Krypton.
