You can go to youtube and watch it in parts. Or you can buy it at bestbuy or any other place where they sell DVD's/Movies and anime.
It's a amazing movie, I bought mine from bestbuy the day it came out.

I wish there is a movie theater that you can just go and watch new anime movies but unfortunately there isn't any yet. I already saw it and it was beautiful, some parts are really sad and makes you want to cry. i really learned alot from the movie. Yeah you are going to have to rent it or buy your own.
