I live in Arlington, Tx. The future home of the Cowboys. I can tell you right now that it is definately not going to be Bob Stoops or Jimmy Johnson. Our local ESPN radio hosts have already spoken with Jimmy and he said that he has no interest in coming back to coaching, and Stoops has released a statment that he's not leaving Oklahoma. The top canidates that Jerry Jones is looking at right now are Norv Turner, and Wade Phillips.

No, he's not going to Dallas. He already said that he's not interested. See the link below.
NORMAN, Okla. -- Oklahoma football coach Bob Stoops said Tuesday he is not a candidate to coach the NFL's Dallas Cowboys or to leave the Sooners for any other job.
"To end speculation here in the heart of recruiting I want to make it clear that I am not interested in any other coaching positions at this time," Stoops said. "I am too excited about our future at Oklahoma and the program we're continuing to build."
Stoops is 86-19 in eight seasons at Oklahoma, where he has coached the Sooners to four Big 12 Conference titles and the 2000 national championship.
The Cowboys have hired a college coach from Oklahoma before -- albeit a retired one. Barry Switzer, who won three national titles during his tenure at Oklahoma, came out of retirement to coach Dallas for three seasons, winning a Super Bowl.

Tony Sparano could step up, but it will not be Stoops, then again at one time Rick Neuheissel said the same thing in Colorado only to go to Washington.

Bob Stoops is unlikely to leave OU. I think the top candidates will be Wade Phillips and Norv Turner.

I love Bob Stoops and I'm a Buckeyes fan. I think he is one of the best coaches in college football. It doesn't hurt that he's from Youngstown, Ohio! lol...
