No, think of all the Astronauts that died. It's time we cut and run from space. Too unsafe, I don't want them to die in my name.

Remember the quote space the final frontier. That may sound corny to some but it providers technology. Which provides jobs. Yes it's dangerous but so is flying or driving to work in the morning.

In 1960 JFK said by the end of the decade we'll put a man on the moon and we did. If we take the attitude NO it's dangerous we would still be living caves.
Yes we need to rebuild the shuttles. But again that would provide high paying job.

Space is one of the few things that i believe should be actually globalized. Space Travel is expensive as we all know. In the end we are all unfortunently citizens of the world. and of we are to travel to the far side of the galaxy i think that the world should travel with us.

I actually had the Public Relations director of NASA talking to my class the other day and we asked her this question... And the answer is innovation and exploration. NASA has provided many inventions to the US population as well as given us the opportunity to explore more of the universe we live in.

Not under government funding. Not for awhile, at least. There've been way too many incredibly costly mistakes lately, and not enough results. They need to get back on track first.

sure, although NASA needs to get rid of those pieces of junk and build something that doesn't kill people. Its gotta be fast, fuel efficient and able to be launched any time on any day.
