I dont' know what happened. but whenever i open up windows explorer, you know where it should say Yahoo, or Google on the top of the newly opened webpage? now they are like weird chinese, Japanese characters instead... I think it's virus, but i did a virus scan and nothing come of it. what should i do?

Go to cnet.com and search for "Spybot". Download and install Spybot which will get rid of redirectors like this.
