Leopard geckos shed about once a month. They often shed at night, and they eat their skin as they shed it. The gecko will appear a dull, more whitish color before it sheds, and the next time you see the gecko it might be vividly colored again, which is a sign that it just shed. Sometimes the babies have a little bit of trouble shedding, so you can help out by misting her with a water bottle when you see the gecko becoming more dull.

all depends on how much they consume and how fast they are growing, i have a subadult and he sheds every 2 weeks or so, usually a 2 to 4 week period is normal.
