A correction to RunSue Run's answer: San Diego State is a university in San Diego, which I attended many eyars ago.
SDSU has a huge student population. It's a sure bet that there are Nigerians attending there. I'm willing to bet there is even a Nigerian club or organization on campus. You should review the university's Web siet (http://sdsu.edu) for more specific information.

Correction. First of all, San Diego is a county or a city, it is not a state. Second, there are many Americans in San Diego, especially those who served our country through the Navy.
