Does he ACTUALLY want to do it...? im confused.?

ok heres the deal ppl...this guy friend of mine is-well-my friend. ok so like yesterday i hugged him(like i always do-for a goodbye thing) but this time he held me and i was tryin to get away, but then he kissed me and asked me out. But i sed no bcuz he-well i think! hes bi-polar and he gets mad 4 no parent reason alot..and hes sort of mean 2 me. My question is that is he 4 real bout liking me or wat?
