did she takes drugs again resulting in overdose, after her last entry?

Yes. They don't really explain the whole thing, but Alice's death is drug related. She probably took some by accident since it didn't really make sense how she was doing really well and then all of a sudden she's dead. of course, drug addictions are always hard to get rid of so you never know.

Yes. She died of an overdose.

it's been a while since i read the book, but yes she died from an overdose.
