Disabled in needs funds to fix truck that was given to me New Jersey?

i had a 1993 ford ranger given to me and it needs work. it has a trans problem and has no power when driving it. I need funds to get it fixed. im on a fixed income of 1096. a month. This is not a scam its for real. ive had 2 heart attacks and 3 stents put into my heart. ive been without a car for 2 years. if anyone car help god bless you.
