So I have known him ever since second grade and we are now juniors in high school. Everytime I go to his house, he likes to touch me a lot. Not like in an inapproite way, but he loves to hug me a lot and I think its kind of creepy but he is my friend so I don't mind. Also, he is always massaging my shoulders. He never talks about girls and he never wants anyone over at his house except me when I'm there. Whenever a hot girl comes up on the T.V. i ask, you think she is hot? He answers "I guess" SO what do you guys think? Serious answers only, I'm open to anything.

If he is gay it seems like he is not really in touch with it yet or is afraid of his friends rejecting him.
You could try watching Will and Grace together and say something like..."I don't see the attraction between two guys but It doesn't bother me". Maybe he would feel confident enough in you to tell you without feeling he would loose your friendship.
It is a terrifying thing for some people to go through, have compassion and try to understand that he did not ask to be gay, it's just the way it is...no different than if your a boob man...why do you like boobs??? Who knows...you just do.

Him being touchy isn't necessarily a gay thing. He could have other problems or just like to touch you(because you're close).
I wouldn't put him being gay out of the question, but then again he could just not be interested in anyone or want to be bothered with it or any number of reasons.
When I was in high school I rarely talked about guys or even girls for that matter. I just found them to be more trouble than I was willing to deal with, so i spent all my time with friends.

First of all, are you a guy or a girl?
If you are a guy and your friend who is also a guy is hugging you a lot and rubbing your shoulders and if he is not interested in girls then I would say, yeah, he's gay!
If he does not what to admit to it yet or if he has not come to terms with his true sexual orientation yet in his own life that is OK! Everybody has there own time to come 'out'!
My youngest brother and I are both gay, he came 'out' when he was only 13, I came 'out' much later!
Anyway those are my thoughts on it all.
