Hm I'm not sure if this is the answer you are looking for but chances are it is, and that also its probably an infection of some sort, check to see if your tonsils are red or feel swollen its just a nasty thing all together once when I was smoking for a bit I had a like super mega infection on the lymph nodes in the back of my neck got swollen, but I never had fevers or anything just eased up on the smoking but of course stopping is best and a doctor will say the same if it doesn't go away after you ease up you should at the very least get antibiotics for it so it will at least stop the infection from getting any worse. that is a GREAT question. the best smokes i have ever had were the ones outside..we don't smoke in our house; so we go on the patio. the winter air mixed with smoke feels good....man, i need one now and i'm out....

When I use to smoke, I thought it was it was the other way around. I didn't like smoking outside when it was freezing.
