Okay...here's a serious answer:
I personally know three CREDIBLE people who have seen ufo's. There's nothing you can do about them. Just write your story down with as much detail as possible and be honest about it. More people see them than we know about because nobody wants to be the crazy ufo person! The police wont do anything, the government is covering it up.
A few weeks ago there was a report on the news that a ufo was spotted by several airline pilots landing in chicago! We are not alone!

Honestly, I wouldn't worry.
UFO means "Unidentified Flying Object". So it could be anything.

call the police, the local UFO club, the airforce, the air traffic control and the news. let them deal with it.

I persnally think UFO's are not physichal phenomena, so probly nothing. Report to a UFOologist so your story can be documented.

go to a therapyst..they do not exist... you would need full proof... like a video unedited and stuff ..picture of that same ufo...idkkk

I find it interesting that you consider it "mythology & folklore" if you've supposedly seen one. I would think it would have recieved a promotion from such a state.
