Yeah and about the same as those slobs you see when your walking down the street to spit into the gutter every 3 seconds because he thinks "It's Cool".

I dont think so, just lack of control of their drool. I must say it sure looks much cuter on babies than it does older folks

No. They just don't know enough to swallow it yet, so they just let it come out their mouths and drool.
